Global Books Trading Private Limited shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners may make multiple delivery attempts depending on their operational policies.
If the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or otherwise prevents successful delivery, the shipment may be returned to the sender.
Any applicable re-shipping or additional delivery charges may be borne by the customer.

11. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to Global Books Trading Private Limited because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the package, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, we may contact the customer regarding re-shipping.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.
Any refund, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

12. Damaged Packages
If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs of the package and its condition before opening it, where reasonably possible.
If the product inside is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the applicable period specified in our Refund & Return Policy and provide the relevant order details and supporting photographs or videos.
